The Richmond Elementary School Preschool is looking for a Specialized Assistant to join our early childhood education team. This individual will provide 1:1 support to a student with complex medical needs, teaming with a group of professionals to provide accommodations and learning opportunities that empower the student to join in play-based learning activities. The Specialized Assistant will provide support for the student in using equipment and participating in activities throughout their preschool day.  Additional training will be provided in order to meet the needs of this student. This position involves working independently under the supervision of a licensed professional. This position is part-time (.50 FTE). The hours for this position are 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, M-F.
